Louvier Gems LLC is located in beautiful Denver, Colorado. We make everything by hand right here in the great Rocky Mountains!
We’re rather passionate about fine jewelry, curated gemstones, and timeless craftsmanship.

When you shop with us - you can trust that every piece meets our highest standards for quality and authenticity. We work exclusively with natural, earth-formed gemstones and only the finest quality gold and silver we can find.
At this time, we currently do not work with lab grown diamonds/gems; or plan to sell any in the future.
Our reputation is everything to us in this industry, and we stand behind everything we sell. We would never sell jewellery or gems we wouldn't wear proudly ourselves - and that's a promise. We want you to love your jewellery or gem!

SHIPPING
Turnaround time may be up to one week for particular products due a custom design, or you may have just bought the last one I had! Most products(outside of certain customs) can be shipped within next 1-2 business days after receiving a paid order.
We use USPS Priority Mail by default, which takes about 2-4 days from Denver to most places in the United States. We want to make sure you receive your package in a very timely manner. Please reach out us with any questions!
RETURN POLICY
We currently do not accept returns on Gemstones due to the nature of(obvious) fraudulent returns. All of our gems unless otherwise listed are fully GIA certified with paperwork.
EXCEPTION: Sealed GIA Melee parcels may by returned within 10 days.
JEWELLERY RETURN/EXCHANGE
We definitely understand how hard it can be to shop for jewellery online. If you have any issue with fit,size,or anything with your jewellery - please reach out to us! I promise I can fix the situation and leave both parties happy. Sometimes you may just need to switch out for a bigger ring rize, smaller style ring, etc - we understand completely.
Any returned jewellery must be returned completely undamaged, clean, and in it's original form within 10 days of purchase. Any returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. We do apologize for the restocking fee - but the price of Silver and Gold have been extremely volatile lately. Thank you!
